Population genomics: Genome assembly and population resequencing for Entomobrya Nicoleti

The aim of the project is to assembly a high quality genome, and do population genomic research on this species by resequencing pooled individuals from populations distributed across Denmark. We investigate genetic structure across Denmark as well as recent and historic trends in effective population size and gene flow in light of the change of land use severely fragmenting natural grasslands across Denmark.
