Mouse micro-computed tomography scans for diagnosis of Congenital Defects in the heart and visceral organs

Objective : We have imaged mouse fetuses carrying different genetic mutations by micro-computed tomography to develop a Machine learning algorythm able to diagnose complex Congenital Heart Defects (CHD).
Dataset description : the dataset comprises different folders, each one corresponding to a different gene mutation : Nodal, Nodal-Ift20, Rpgrip1l. Each folder contains the raw micro-CT files (.dcm) for each sample of a similar mouse line compressed into a .zip file and the associated metadata (.csv)
