Twenty-five metagenome assembled genomes recovered from the gut microbiome of the domestic ferret, Mustela putorius

This dataset is composed of 25 unique metagenome assembled genomes (MAGs) recovered from the gut microbiome of three domestic ferrets (Mustela putorius).
