Construct an animal model of photoaging skin in SD rats, extract gene differences in tissue exosomes from photoaging and normal tissues, and use differential mRNA as a new target. Amplify the differential mRNA using PCR technology to obtain a certain amount of differential mRNA. At the cellular level, knock on the gene to obtain the target gene for photoaging treatment.
