Prozessuale Diagnostik bei Sucht- und Abhängigkeitserkrankungen – Perspektiven Integrativer Therapie Processual Diagnostics of Addiction and Dependency Disorders – Perspectives from Integrative Therapy

In kompakter Form wird das Störungsbild der Sucht- bzw. Abhängigkeitserkrankungen umrissen und in den Kontext des Menschen- und Weltbilds der Integrativen Therapie und ihrer Gesundheits- und Krankheitslehre gestellt. Damit werden Grundlagen für die Integrative Diagnostik gewonnen, die in ihren Bezügen zu ICD-10 und DSM-V und zur prozessualen Diagnostik dargestellt werden, wie sie für den integrativen Ansatz charakteristisch sind. Der Aufbau und die Durchführung der prozessualen Sucht und Abhängigkeitsdiagnostik aus integrativer Sicht werden dann in der Feinstruktur für die Anwendung in der Praxis dargelegt und es wird deutlich welch differenziertes Diagnoseverfahren die Integrative Therapie für den Bereich der Suchterkrankungen zu bieten hat. In a compact form, the concept of addiction or dependency disorders is outlined and placed in the context of the anthropology and world view of integrative therapy and its health and disease theory. This provides the basis for integrative diagnostics, which is presented in its references to ICD-10 and DSM-V and to processual diagnostics, as they are characteristic of the integrative approach.
