10 unrelated Pan troglodytes verus (Western chimpanzees) EBV-immortalized cell lines were sequenced to ~10X coverage on Illumina GAII instruments using a combination of v2 paired end cluster generation kits (1.4mm flow cell) with v3 cycle sequencing kit and v6 GA recipe and v4 paired end cluster generation kits with v4 cycle sequencing kit and v7 GA recipe.. The sample consisted of 9 females and 1 male chimpanzee. Samples were fragmented to 500bp and size selected with an insert size of 450bp. Reads were aligned to the panTro2 reference genome.
