SDRMs are annotated by HXB2 reference residue and position (gene-specific numbering), followed by an ‘X’ to indicate a non-reference residue. Positions 46, 54, and 90 are in protease and all others are in reverse transcriptase. All estimates were averaged over an ensemble of linear models using Akaike weights.
