The role of autophagy related genes in the pathogenesis of 4-vinylcyclohexene dioxide induced ovarian premature failure models may be conducive to diagnose and treat POF. So KGN cells were treated with VCD and sequenced by Illumina HiSeq platform. Among the differentially expressed genes, the autophagy-related genes obtained from the Human Autophagy Database was further analyzed. The result further proved that VCD activated autophagy flux by regulating autophagy related genes.
