The data represents the .d files (Agilent datafiles) that have been processed for retention time alignment, peak peaking, and abundance. These data were then analyzed using MetaboAnalyst (https://www.metaboanalyst.ca/MetaboAnalyst/home.xhtml) for multivariate analysis. The data was sum normalized, log transformed, and mean centered.
