Supplementary file for "Thermal niche and climate change reshape potential invasion patterns in marine ecosystems"

The files include global suitability maps for various invasive marine species, showing changes in habitat suitability for tropical, subtropical, and temperate species under different SSP climate scenarios and time periods. Additionally, exploratory analyses related to temperature variables and summary results are provided. In addition, the codes necessary to fully replicate the results are provided. Instructions for Reproducing the Map Results To fully replicate the map results presented in the manuscript, please follow the R scripts in the order they are numbered (from 1 to 4). While the analyses may take some time to complete, they are designed to reproduce all results as shown in the manuscript. For best performance and easier replication, it is recommended to open the associated .Rproj file first and then run each script sequentially. Note: Script 0 contains all custom functions used throughout the analyses. These functions are automatically loaded into the other scripts via the source() function.
