[C4OC] Sustainable Agriculture - Eyre Peninsula

The project will engage and work with Eyre Peninsula’s network of farmer-based community groups and the region’s land managers to encourage the adoption of on-farm land management practices that contribute to increased soil health, erosion protection and food security. Continued NRM and Regional Landcare Facilitator support will deliver a coordinated approach to build and enhance the current network of established farming systems groups and our region’s land managers, promoting sustainable farming techniques. Farming system-based/production-focused groups will be able to access funds to support existing and/or new projects that contribute to sustainable agricultural production while promoting “best practice” land management.
