Extracurricular education project

Along with the calculations and description regarding the Index, we are attaching the link to all the country cases on HSE University web-page (unfortunately, in Russian only) and willing to cooperate (help with the translation and interpreting) with anyone who would like to analyze our data with the different or deepening research questions.
