Extracurricular education project

Along with the calculations and description regarding the Index, we are attaching the link to all the country cases on HSE University web-page (unfortunately, in Russian only) and willing to cooperate (help with the translation and interpreting) with anyone who would like to analyze our data with the different or deepening research questions.伴随对指数的计算及描述，我们附加了HSE大学网页上所有国家案例的链接（遗憾的是，仅提供俄语版本），并愿意与任何希望使用不同或更深入的研究问题分析我们数据的人进行合作（提供翻译和诠释帮助）。
