资源简介:
Heterozygous mutations in CHD8, a gene encoding a chromatin remodeller, are strongly associated with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) with abnormal activation of RE-1 silencing transcription factor (REST). Given that CHD8 and REST associated with histone modification, it is estimated that histone modification status is associated with ASD development. In this study, we performed ChIP-seq analysis to identify histone H3 on lysine 4 (H3K4) tri-methylation (H3K4me3), H3K27 tri-methylation (H3K27me3) and H3K27 acetylation (H3K27ac) status in the brain of ASD model mice with CHD8 mutation and compared with those of wild-type mice to determine the effect of CHD8 mutation. These data are useful for the consideration of the interaction of the histone modification status with the ASD pathology.
