IN2015_E02 Huon Marine Park Bathymetry 5m - 210m Multi-Resolution AusSeabed products

This layer group describes multibeam echosounder data collected on RV Investigator voyage IN2015_E02, titled "Benthic Biology trials". The voyage took place between April 7 and April 14, 2015 departing from Hobart (TAS) and arriving in Hobart (TAS).\n\nThis voyage was a trial of the new vessel for conducting benthic biological sampling. The voyage objectives were therefore a combination of specific aims for particular sampling gears and sample types – including the acquisition of high quality data sets and fully processed collections of specimens and samples – and to establish processes, procedures and work flows in particular areas of the vessel (e.g. working deck areas and sample processing laboratories). \n\nThis dataset is published with the permission of CSIRO. Not to be used for navigational purposes.\n\nThe dataset contains bathymetry grids of 5m to 210m resolution of the Huon Marine Park, produced from the processed EM122 and EM710 bathymetry data.\nLineage: Data processing for the EM122 and EM710 data was performed using CARIS 8.1.8. Data from both systems were imported into a single CARIS project using different vessel files, Investigator_EM122 and Investigator_EM710. A zero tide file was applied to the data before merging.
