资源简介:
Dissolution.xlsx - data represent the percentage of asiaticoside released. Columns indicate the systems tested, rows the corresponding time points. Data are presented as a percentage. Each sample was immersed in 200.0 milliliters of phosphate buffer (pH = 5.5). At specified time intervals, liquid samples were collected, and an equal volume of temperature-stabilized media (2.0 ml) was added to replace the removed samples. The collected samples were filtered through a 0.45 µm nylon membrane filter. The asiaticoside concentrations in the filtered acceptor solutions were analyzed using a HPLC method (https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S1773224725005465) and converted, relative to the weight, into the percentage of the substance released during the experiment.
