Interactive 3D chitosan-bioactivity matrix visualising the MIC-values (minimum chitosan concentration at which complete inhibition of microbial growth was observed) or IC50-values (chitosan concentration at which half maximal inhibition of microbial growth was observed) of chitosans as a function of their molecular weight (Mw) and fraction of acetylation (FA). Data were taken from dose-response curves also shown in figure S9 and MIC- or IC50-values given in original publications.
