Transcripitional profiling of Huh7 cells after MAT2A inhibitor (FIDAS-5) or BET bromodomain inhibitor (JQ1) treatment

RNA-seq analysis of Huh7 cells after MAT2A inhibitor (FIDAS-5) or BET bromodomain inhibitor (JQ1) treatment. The analysis revealed that inhibition of MAT2A or BET factors suppresses the expression of genes regulating cell cycle progression and additional cellular programs. Overall design: The aim of this project is to compare the transcriptome of human hepatocellular carcinoma cells Huh7 with or without MAT2A inhibitor FIDAS-5 or BET inhibitor JQ1 treatment by RNA-seq. Huh7 cells were cultured in DMEM with 10% FBS, then treated with 5 uM FIDAS-5 for 48 hour or 0.5 uM JQ1 for 48 hour.
