Transcriptomes of Poecilia parae head and tail

RNAseq reads from whole head (eyes removed) of Poecilia parae (yellow melanzona, parae, immaculata males and females).RNAseq reads from muscle (tail) of Poecilia parae immaculata morph male.The goal of this project was to use generate de novo transcriptomes of Poecilia parae (a small freshwater fish). Transcripts were then used to scaffold genome contigs generated as part of a previous project.
