Female leadership position rate agriculture, forestry and fishery Japan 2019, by type

According to a survey from 2019 that investigated the share of women holding leadership positions in the agriculture, forestry and fishing sector in Japan, almost 12 percent of agricultural committee member positions were occupied by women. At the same time, women made up almost eight percent of board members of agricultural cooperatives.
