Respiratory bacteriome of the blue whale Balaenoptera musculus, in the Gulf of California

In this study, we characterized the common core respiratory bacteriome of the Eastern North Pacific blue whale using next-generation sequencing from adult blue whales by a non-invasive drone-based technique during the boreal winter months in the Gulf of California.
