Complete Raw and Normalized Data for: GEAR: an integrated atlas of gene expression dynamics in Arabidopsis thaliana

This dataset contains the complete raw and normalized time-series gene expression data from 83 experiments described in the manuscript, "GEAR: an integrated atlas of gene expression dynamics in Arabidopsis thaliana". The GEAR database integrates both legacy microarray and modern RNA-seq data to serve as a comprehensive resource for the plant circadian rhythm community. This deposit ensures long-term preservation and stable accessibility of the data collection. The archive contains two main files: RawData.csv (initially-processed data for each experiment) and MBQN.csv (globally normalized data suitable for cross-experiment comparison using the MBQN method).
