Survey Data on Communication Between Supervisors and Employees in a Food Industry Company

This dataset contains survey responses and organizational analysis related to assertive communication between supervisors and employees in Alimentos Polar Colombia, a food industry company operating in the Colombian market.

The dataset was developed as part of a study focused on analyzing communication practices within the organization, including aspects such as clarity of instructions, feedback processes, trust between supervisors and collaborators, and the effectiveness of internal communication channels. The research also examines the relationship between communication practices and organizational climate.

The dataset includes responses to a structured questionnaire composed of twelve items measuring employee perceptions of communication with their immediate supervisors. These questions evaluate leadership communication, employee participation in decision-making, clarity of messages, feedback practices, and access to relevant work information.

In addition to the survey data, the dataset includes contextual information about the organizational model of Alimentos Polar Colombia, its communication strategies, and a proposed internal and external communication improvement plan.
