The records of the Board of Inquiry include Final and Progress reports, Confidential reports, Notes of Evidence, Appendices and General statements of duties. The Progress reports are reports on the organisation and staff of the separate Local Land Board Offices. These are based on the Confidential reports on each member of staff and notes on evidence taken from staff members. Appendices to the Progress reports are various schedules of staff organisation and details of outstanding work. The final report on Local Land Boards combines the information of the separate Progress reports and makes other general recommendations.
