Methanotroph pmoA NGS amplicon data - Higher methane emissions appear an inevitable consequence of natural warming

Targeted amplicon NGS data for functional microbial target genes to characterise methanotrophs (pmoA) which complement biogeochemical process data and qPCR data.Sediment samples collected from high latitude streams across 5 sites during 2016 and 2017.
