To establish MIA model, the poly(I:C) or PBS vehicle were intraperitoneally administrated with pregnant C57BL/6J mice at embryonic day 12.5 (E12.5). Adult MIA offspring mice were further divided into autism and normal group according to behavioral experiment results. Mice from PBS offspring were used as control group. Each group contains 3 sections, covering all the key brain region in the mouse brain. We totally collected nine sections and fixed these sections onto 10x Genomics barcoded oligo-dT microarray slides with spatial spots to generate transcriptomic profiles.
