mRNASeq samples of male and female reproductive tissues for Anastrepha fraterculus and A. obliqua and their F1 hybrids

We performed crosses within and between the species Anastrepha fraterculus and A. obliqua and sampled male and female reproductive tissues from the two parental species and their hybrids. By sequencing transcriptomes from these samples, we characterized gene expression inheritance and regulatory divergence, and the degree of molecular divergence at these transcripts.
