RNA sequencing of LT-HSCs from the bone marrow of unirradiated mice after treated with saline or carnosine

Analysis of differentially expressed genes in LT-HSCs from unirradiated mice with or without carnosine treatment. Normal wild type mice without irradiation were treated with saline or carnosine. Then, long-term hematopoietic stem cells (LT-HSCs, Lineage-, Sca-1+, c-Kit+, Flk2-, CD34-) from the bone marrow of these mice were isolated, followed by RNA sequencing analysis.
