The paper has studied 24 milling tests (as shown in Table 1). The working platform is a high-precision milling center. Under different cutting conditions, the cutter has different wear levels. The micro milling tool is a double edged tungsten carbide spiral end milling cutter (Fig. 3) with diameters of 0.5 and 0.8 mm. The working materials are T4 steel and pure copper. The experimental parameters such as feed speed and cutting depth mainly refer to the working conditions recommended by the tool supplier.
