This dataset is developed based on glacier inventory data and 668 scenes of Landsat TM/ETM+/OLI images. By integrating ArcGIS and ENVI software, the Normalized Difference Water Index (NDWI), and Google Earth imagery, glacial lake boundaries within 10 km buffer zones extending outward from glacier boundaries were extracted via manual visual interpretation.
