Role of TERRA lncRNA during epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition. Mus musculus

We analyzed the contribution of TERRA lncRNA in an invitro model of epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition induced by TGFβ. Overall design: We overexpressed TERRA-like long-non-coding RNA in murine NMuMG cells by stably overexpressing Vp16-TRF1ΔN protein. Then, we induced epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) by 24hr TGFβ exposure. The aim to is analyze changes in the EMT signature induced by TERRA overexpression.
