Effect of CTTN on SKBR3 breast cancer cells (RNA-seq)

RNA-sequencing analysis of control and CTTN-overexpressed SKBR3 cell lines. CTTN (also known as EMS1), an actin-binding protein, is highly amplified in several human cancers, including breast carcinomas. Results provide insight into the transcriptional regulation of CTTN in breast cancer. SKBR3 cells were stably infected with lentiviruses encoding either control(pLVX vector) or CTTN cDNA (pLVX-CTTN) and selected using puromycin.
