Genomic Resources for Apricot Pangenome Construction and TE Annotation

This dataset contains 25 assembled genome sequences from cultivated and wild apricot (Prunus armeniaca and relatives), used for pangenome graph construction. It also includes a curated library of transposable elements (TEs), with classification and non-redundant sequences across 11 reference assemblies. Graph files per chromosome and the phylogenetic guide tree used for the pangenome are provided.
