Nicotiana benthamiana Raw sequence reads

This study was aimed at understanding the transcriptional responses of healthy and virus (CLCuMuV)-infected Nicotiana benthamiana with and without carbon quantum dots (CQDs) treatment. The bioproject contains raw RNA-seq reads from healthy, CLCuMuV-infected, CQDs-treated and CLCuMuV-infected+CQDs-treated Nicotiana benthamiana samples at early and late stages of virus infection. In all the samples, CN represents the untreated negative/healthy control, CP corresponds to the virus-infected positive control, QD represents the CQDS-treated, virus-free plants, and QV corresponds to the virus-infected and CQDS-treated N. benthamiana plants. The numbers 5 and 20 represent the days post-inoculation (dpi).
