GNPS Streptomyces sp. BRA-346_ChemicalElicitation_Sup

Four cultures of BRA-346 strain using the A1 medium and different chemical elicitors (no elicitor, as a control, (i); ampicilin 100 ug/ml (ii); sodium butyrate 50 uM (iii); procaine 100 uM (iv)). A bed (blank media) and a non elicited (C3b) culture growth were also produced. AcOEt exctratcts were analysed through UPLC-MS/MS and MS data was processed using NP3_MS_workflow.
