IQBIO class at JSCBB taught by Manuel Lladser and Rob Knight spring semester 2013. Samples of oral cavity, ileum, cecum colon, fecal pellet and skin were dissected. Whole mouse sample was obtained by homogenizing the mouse carcass. Note that tissue harvest was by students who (for the most part) had never done similar work. We assume that all these samples are potentially contaminated.
