We investigated the role of GATA2 in castration-resistant prostate cancer cells using GATA2 siRNA. LNCaP-abl (Abl) cells and LNCaP MDV-3100/enzalutamide-resistant (MDV-R) cells were transfected with siRNA against GATA2 or non-targeting control (siNT). RNA was extracted 72h post-transfection.
