A 3D Model Dataset of Thangka Main Deities Based on Multi-Stage Cross-Modal Generation

This dataset is a dedicated 3D model dataset of principal deities for the Thangka domain, covering 12 core types of Thangka deities: Vairocana, Bhaisajyaguru, Sakyamuni Buddha, Manjushri, Vajrasattva, Green Tara, White Tara, Four-Armed Avalokiteśvara, Tsongkhapa, Padmasambhava, Yellow Jambhala, and Vajrapani. It contains 400 high-quality 3D models conforming to canonical iconographic specifications, along with 2,800 multi-view images and 2,800 camera pose parameters, with a total size of 27.4 GB. The 3D models are stored in GLB format (approximately 50–60 MB per model), images in PNG format (approximately 2 MB per image), and camera parameters in NPY format (approximately 1 KB per set). This dataset fills the gap of dedicated data in the 3D digitization of Thangka and provides high-quality data support for research on 3D reconstruction, novel view synthesis, and other related studies in the Thangka field.
