Validation dataset and source code for the DDR biomarker framework described in "Causal Diamond Dynamics in DNA Damage Response: A Classical Statistical Framework for Pan-Cancer Precision Oncology. Contains corrected biomarker results for 9,354 TCGA pan-cancer samples and 1,980 METABRIC samples, along with gene set definitions (24 genes, uniform weights), pathway edges (23 nodes, 30 edges), GTEx V8 reference distributions, graph topology sensitivity analysis, and HRD/MSI proxy validation results. All expression values on log₂(count+1) scale (UCSC Xena/Toil recount3 pipeline). See DATA_DICTIONARY.md for full column descriptions.
