资源简介:
The EPA Air Toxics Screening Assessment Tool (ATSA), also referred to as AirToxScreen, offers screening-level estimates from risk assessments for cancer and other serious health effects related to breathing outdoor pollutants over many years. It provides updated data and risk analyses on an annual basis and was designed to guide users in the pursuit of more detailed data associated with air toxics risk. State, local and tribal air agencies, EPA, and the public can use AirToxScreen to easily identify existing as well as emerging issues, such as which air toxics, emission sources, and/or places may need further study to better understand risks. Screening data at the national, state, county, and census block levels from assessment of air toxics data from specified years are available for download. A mapping tool that displays cancer risks, emissions data, and other AirToxScreen data on a map of the United States is also available. Map search tools are used to zoom to areas of specific interest by selecting census blocks to view summary level information. Links are also provided to supporting data and files, including other web pages and data sources, that offer more information about screening results.
