Compiled data and code associated with Groneberg et al., 2020 Current Biology doi:10.1016/j.cub.2020.07.088 (Part 1) CompiledData.zip contains all the preprocessed data used for generating the figures of the manuscript. The code is organised in Groneberg2020_CurrBiol_Code.zip. The folder contains a readme.txt file that explains how to run all figures and statistics shown in the manuscript and how to generate the compiled data files from the bout tracking data files.
