In this study, we used RNA-seq analysis to understand the mechanisms of H2-promoted anthocyanin biosynthesis under UV-A radiation in radish sprout hypocotyls. Thus, based on the analysis of DEGs found by pairwise comparisons, a model regulatory network for H2-promoted anthocyanin biosynthesis in radish sprouts was proposed. The results of our study provide an overview of transcriptomic responses to H2 in radish and thus extend our understanding of the biological functions of H2 in plants.
