城市"云眼"-局部地块建筑物全景影像数据是基于无人机航拍技术经数据加工处理与智能分析,进而形成的局部地块建筑物全景影像数据。 本数据产品通过高频次对局部地块位置进行航拍,形成全过程全景数据,记录该区域建筑物变化情况,用户使用本数据可对该区域项目进行监管,同时基于全景影像数据辅助管理决策,提高工作效率。本数据产品的全景数据以空中视角进行区域情况的浏览查看,具有全覆盖、无死角的特点,可以解决人工巡查“监测不及时”、“监测有盲点”等问题,用户使用本数据产品替代人工巡查的作业方式,实现降本增效。 数据已覆盖区域的城管执法部门可通过购买该数据产品,通过定期购买项目地块全景数据,可以及时掌握项目征地拆迁、土地闲置、三通一平、桩基进场、正负零时间、项目封顶及竣工投产等情况。该数据还可以作为重点项目推进会上的会议材料,供领导决策使用。此外,可辅助工作人员快速掌握土地动工情况,提高工作效率。 本数据产品可应用场景包括城市精细化管理(重点项目进度监督、土地批后监管、建筑物安全隐患排查等)。
"Urban 'Cloud Eye' - Panoramic Image Dataset of Buildings in Partial Plots" is a panoramic image dataset of buildings in specific plot areas, developed based on UAV aerial photography technology, following data processing and intelligent analysis.
This data product conducts aerial photography of target plots at high frequencies to generate full-process panoramic data, which records the changes of buildings within the monitored area. Users can utilize this dataset to supervise regional projects and assist in management decision-making, thereby improving work efficiency.
The panoramic data of this product enables users to browse regional conditions from an aerial perspective, featuring full coverage and no blind spots. It can solve the drawbacks of manual inspection, including "delayed monitoring" and "monitoring blind spots".
