资源简介:
Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a pressing healthcare concern currently affecting 50 million people. AD is best conceptualized as a clinical continuum, with the preclinical stage potentially starting decades before the onset of the cognitive symptoms. The extended duration of this preclinical period underscores its critical role in research, creating a prolonged window of opportunity for exploring novel biomarkers and testing early interventions. *The Complutense MEG Repository for the study of the Alzheimer’s disease continuum* is a compilation of cross-sectional data collected to investigate the electrophysiological correlates of preclinical and prodromal AD. This dataset includes MEG, MRI, clinical, neuropsychological, and genetic data from 364 participants, encompassing 119 healthy controls (aged 60−80; 79 females), 88 participants with subjective cognitive decline (aged 62−82; 70 females), 142 participants with mild cognitive impairment (aged 57−87; 93 females), and 15 participants with AD (aged 63−83; 7 females). The MEG and MRI data have been minimally processed to ensure identity protection and data reusability. We trust that this data publication will serve to generate new insights into the neural mechanisms of the disease, for example, through the application of innovative methodologies for MEG data analysis.
