AllpaDB Dataset: Harmonized soil legacy and research data from Peru

This dataset are derived from from historical soil studies conducted throughout Peru. Although soil studies have been carried out in the country since 1962, this information lacked a digital archive and a structured database. This limitation hindered its usefulness for effective land management, scientific research, and education. To overcome this challenge, we created AllpaDB, a database compiled from Peru's legacy soil data. The information is now in a structured, corrected, and harmonized format for computational processing.
