Biomechanical Stress–Mediated Mesenchymal Fibulin-1–WNT Signaling Regulates Initiation of Successional Dental Lamina [single-cell RNA-seq]

Mesenchymal environments are considered to maintain the quiescent state of SDL within the stem-cell niche. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the subtypes and functions of the mesenchyme surrounding SDL. Total 12 samples of SDL and surrounding mesenchyme from mandibular permanent canine of miniature pig embryos at E60 were microdissected and pooled, and then used for scRNAseq.
