This project is part of a larger one and it goal is to perform molecular characterization of carbapenemase-producing Enterobacteriaceae isolated in Aristide le Dantec National University Teaching Hospital in Dakar Senegal. Additionnaly we aim to characterize drug resistance genes, virulence genes and mobile genetic elements.
