ALSoD

ALSoD（肌萎缩侧索硬化症在线数据库）是一个专门收集与肌萎缩侧索硬化症（ALS）相关基因和遗传变异信息的数据库。该数据库不仅包含已被证实与ALS相关的基因，还记录了可能影响疾病临床特征的基因变异，如诊断后的生存期。基因根据证据强度被分为不同类别，包括确定性ALS基因、临床修饰基因、强证据基因、中等证据基因、微弱证据基因等，分类会随着新证据的出现而更新。ALSoD (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Online Database) is a specialized database dedicated to collecting information on genes and genetic variants associated with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). This database not only includes genes confirmed to be linked to ALS, but also documents genetic variants that may influence the clinical characteristics of the disease, such as post-diagnosis survival time. Genes are classified into different categories based on the strength of supporting evidence, including definitive ALS genes, clinical modifier genes, strong evidence genes, moderate evidence genes, weak evidence genes, and more. The classification will be updated as new evidence emerges.
