Starlight occultation technology can use the transmittance data of planetary atmospheres on stellar spectra for atmospheric composition inversion. This dataset is derived from the inversion and iteration of atmospheric density in single band star occultation detection. Based on the average transmittance data of oxygen 761nm absorption A-band at an altitude of 40-100 km, the onion peeling algorithm is used to calculate the effective optical thickness of each layer of the atmosphere, and then the oxygen number density profile is inverted. In order to improve the accuracy of atmospheric density inversion in the presence of prior temperature deviation, this paper proposes an iterative algorithm that introduces atmospheric static equilibrium and ideal gas state equations. Through continuous cyclic iteration, accurate inversion of atmospheric density can be achieved in the presence of prior temperature deviation.
