资源简介:
Dataset includes changes in dissolved organic carbon (DOC) concentrations and dissolved organic matter (DOM) composition during a 28-day bio incubation from water samples collected in streams of the Upper Mississippi watershed. Streams from different land-uses (forest/wetland; agriculture; urban) were sampled to look at land-use effects on DOM bioavailability. Changes are observed between day 28 (T28) and day 0 (T0). DOC concentrations are expressed as mg C/L and DOM composition is referred as percent relative abundance (% RA). Also includes are the number of assigned formulae, the modified aromaticity index (AImod), and average mass.
